Daily Reminder

Just like a lamp needs oil to burn

So does we need the discipline 

And a constant reminder 

So to stay on the right path 

This world is like a cunning magician 

It is so entertaining and alluring 

So easy for us to get off the path and be lost 

Daily reminder is a must 

A kind of practice, 

Whether its Prayer, Ziker, or Meditation

To help us looking straight 

Towards the light house 

Thats where we all are heading 

It is highly difficult 

Not to get distracted 

By the colorful shops at both side of road 

Selling hopes, desires, and dreams, 

All in vain as they are nothing but 

Illusion, mirage, shadows and reflection 

of our own psyche
